Stretch request for the new series

For years my typical stretch routine was just the short stretches at the end of all of Cathe's workouts. With STS 2.0 I finally got in the habit of doing the longer 20-25 minute stretches after some of my workouts but I was wondering if Cathe could do a "teeny in-betweenie" and do maybe a mid range stretch of 8-10 minutes with the new weight workouts? I enjoy the longer stretches & yoga but I just don't always have time to add them on, and the 3-4 minute stretches at the end of the workouts feel like they're too short. Looking forward to the new series, thank you Cathe!

I love a short stretch and I love Cathe's bonus stretch from her boss series, the lying stretch. I also love her stretch max dvd, especially the one that uses a long band. I sometimes use the extended stretch from STS1. She does have some other ones too but these ones are my favorite. I could always use more bonus stretches.
 
I second the idea and would like to see ~15 minutes. I feel the shorter stretches are not enough for me. I know we all have our preferences, and I like the idea.
I know what you mean. I've blended my own longer stretches with Cathe. I love them. I pick the stretches I like and add them. I have a longer one for legs and a longer one for upper body. I love the blender!!
 
I would love to see stretch routines that emphasized the body part(s) worked - a stretch for after the lower body workout that really gets into the glutes, hamstrings, etc. and then a specific one for upper body workouts that would hit the back, traps, delts, etc.

Cathe please can we have a long stretch using gliding devices like in slide and gliding workout?

Can we please have more stretch and mobility drills focused on hip flexor.
Anything working the hip girdle would be a bliss. Thank you;):)
