Actually after reviewing all the clips again I'm really looking forward to a full-on focus with this set. I've been recovering from tennis elbow since I want to say last spring. Because of that injury, I've not been able to lift very heavy for quite some time - and that includes just gripping really heavy weights for lower body workouts, too.
It's finally starting to get better, but I still have to keep it light with certain exercises, so I think this series is going to be extremely helpful as I continue to recover. Fun, creative moves, new routines, etc. is just what I need. I'm also looking forward to more focus on core work, as well. I found it lacking in STS 2.0 as they were just optional bonus add-ons that could get overlooked at times. I like that she's got a lot of core work included some of the workouts. AND, a whole half hour dedicated to core?? Yowza. That's going to be awesome.
Here's hoping by the end of that 8-week rotation, I'm in a better place to weave in maybe XTrain or STS 2.0 with heavier weights. (Been doing an STS 2.0/cardio rotation the last couple months, but with pretty light weights - like half of what I used to be able to do before the tennis elbow reared its ugly head.)
