Today I went to the gym and did 61 minutes on the elliptical machine and then did 15 strength exercises, calf machine, leg press machine and floorwork abs and legs.

I did LIC yesterday and I ran for 4 miles today. My feet have been killing me! My back has been bothering me when I work out too. I just push through it. Getting old I guess!
