Hi Chris! Welcome!! It's nice to meet you. Are you new to Cathe or just to the forum? Which workouts do you have? Do you have a favorite? CAthe's weight training DVD's are my favorites, especially the 4DS and STS!!

Yes I actually well am new both to the Cathe workouts and this forum too. I plan on doing Cathe's workouts regularly. I'm sure Cathe will be proud of me. I love her! She does a very good job from what I've seen! I have none of her workouts so far, but I wanna get her Cardio Hits and Power Hour/MIS/Body Max DVDs. I'll love 'em. I like the use of the barbell in the Power Hour DVD as I just got one.

My fitness goals are to get a slim and toned and swimmer's body. I also wanna teach classes soon as I posted in the social groups section for those who are interested.

I love exercise!

You have found the perfect instructor in Cathe to achieve your goals and have a blast all along the journey.

What kind of classes do you want to teach?

I am not a fitness professional but there are many on this board who can chip in.

From the perspective of a participant in classes, I enjoy instructors who are passionate, creative and never stop their personal learning whether formal/informal. I also think having fun while getting fit is important so I enjoy instructors who can bring a high fun factor.
 
I wanna teach low impact aerobics classes with some of them including weights to start out with. All my classes are free.

I am passionate and creative and will be very much when I teach. I will never stop my learning as I enjoy learning new things everyday. I have alot of fun getting fit and I will bring you a very high fun factor.

I'd love to make alot of friends when I teach.

Too bad that I live in India! I would have liked to attend your class. :)

The only pointer I can think of is to consider getting a certification even if you will not be teaching professionally.

Chris, I dont know about certification in the United states but if you do a search you will find a lot of threads on this forum. Or perhaps someone more informed than me will chip in.
