I don't post alot and frankly I'm a little concerned at some of the replys to vid suggestions. If someone wants to suggest an advanced Cathe vid using the family pet for resistance--yet them. :O) Hey, don't alot of VFers have cats that work out with them? Either people chime in for the suggestion or the thread dies. I feel that replys that criticize someone's video request kind of makes lurkers hesitant about suggesting an idea that isn't "athletically" correct. Just a gentle suggestion for tolerance. Let Cathe decide. Doesn't she always do a great job? Now I'm going to do some ab work with my cat.
