Weight/Equipment Used Log

Hi Cathe,
I would love to see listed either at the bottom of the listing in your catalog, or at the beginning of the workout a weight and equipment notice. You did this somewhat on the Pure Strength workouts, as well as MIS and BodyMax.

What I'm thinking of is a listing of your workouts, then a note of equipment (such as Cathe and Crew are using 25-35 lb. Barbell, 8,10 and 15 lb. dumbbells and an 8 lb. medicine ball.) Then maybe a place for "My Weights"? I am not very technical, but I'm thinking of making a form on Excel for myself along these lines. I just thought it might be something you could include when doing the intro to the workout and also listing it in your catalog - I know I have to sometimes watch a workout and fast forward through if I haven't used it in a long time to see what weights to use.

I know you want us to use what works for us, but we rely on what you are using as a template!!
