Hi Cathe!

For your next series of videos, I would love to see a new, long steady state step workout (Rhythmic Step II ?), a long floor cardio workout (Cardio Kicks II ?), an athletic stretch and strengthening workout, and most of all, a weight series using contiuous high reps/light weight (as opposed to the 3 set/15-16 rep formula), and I would love the weight series to be broken down by body part/muscle group with each segment at about 15 minutes in length (these would make great add-ons to the cardio workouts or stand alone workouts when short on time).
