I have pre-ordered the new workouts last Friday and have not received confirmation. My order number is 80946. I have sent email to SNM twice. This is first time I am getting confirmation late and I have been ordering many years. I am starting to get little concern.

We respond to most support tickets within one to two business days. In your case since you sent the support ticket on Friday you should hear back from us by Tuesday. I would also suggest checking your junk mail folder in the meantime.
