Question about Cycle Max

I'm curious! Will I be able to do this one at the gym on one of the bikes they have there? I just joined Fitness 19 and they have a ton of bikes! I may be out of the loop, but does it have to be a specific type?

So long as it's an actual spin bike (vs just a recumbent or regular upright bike), and you've got the download w/ya, you should be fine

If you take a look at the links you'll notice the different placement of the wheel on the spin bike, that's how ya know

Some Spin Bikes have iPod hook ups and a monitor, so you can even watch it on the screen. My gym has them, which is very cool...can't wait to try it out.
