Pilates style and Body Max II

I would like another high rep leg routine similar to Leaner Legs but more balanced i.e. not all squats and lunges, include some floorwork too.

I would like a longer Pilates type core workout containing your great exercises, but with the pace a bit slower and containing more detailed instruction. The exercises can still be tough, I'd just like more explanation.

I'd like to see BodyMax II and MIC II as well. I think BodyMax is the most complete workout video ever made.
