I did this pre-mix this a.m. and was surprised when the chest workout section went right to abs with no back exercises. What happened there? Had to add in on my own.
SNM said that if you want back included in an upper only work out of HR to do the Full Body Upper First Premix. They said they left out back on the regular ub premix on purpose b/c it's used quite often as a secondary muscle group. If you search you will see several threads about it.
