I would love another all-step tape with brand new chorography! Maybe you could add an extra long 10-15 minute stretch segment at the end. It could be a 75 minute long workout (60 minute cardio + 15 min. stretch).

More core work. It's done great things for my abs!

CTX II would be wonderful, although I know it's asking a lot! ;)

Floorwork for the lowerbody using ankle weights and stability ball.

Perhaps a 20-20-20 with step, kickbox and hi-lo! I love your step, but also love your kickbox and hi-lo stuff! :)
