Wow, I can't believe I am 1st. Hope everyone is ok today.

Today I stayed home and did 2 of my own workouts from my class. 1st was a 54 minute Kickbox circuit done to disco music, so much fun. The I put in a kickbox only workout I named Cardio Kickbox Frenzy. Music was great on both. 2nd one was about 44 minutes. So I got some weights in with the 1st one and floor abs, and standing abs with the 2nd one.

Sorry for late workout check in. I fell out of bed yesterday and bruised my ribs. So I was reluctant to try and workout today.
I talked myself into a workout but no weights for a few days or longer.
