I would love to see a high intensity low impact cardio that keeps impact to a minimum. I like your new "Firm style" cardio/weight combos like doing squats with biceps curls, it keeps you aerobic but is very low impact!

I love the idea of doing series, rather than doing just individual videos. I just love CTX and intensity, the way they work together as a series.
I would like a series combining cardio segments with very heavy body part weight segments, like a CTX/ slow and heavy combo.
