SOME GOOD NEWS!!! All of the new DVDs are now in stock and all pre-sale DVD orders will ship today.
Downloads will be available tomorrow, December 19th. We will provide further instructions tomorrow once the pre-sale downloads are made available. Please keep up to date on our Forum (http://cathe.com/forum) or our Facebook Fan page (http://facebook.cathe.com) to find out when the downloads will be available and how to download them. If you have trouble downloading it's best to stop and wait a day to try again as this will allow more time for our digital files to propagate to more cloud servers and for server traffic to decrease.
You will need to have your claim code number that all USA customers were automatically sent when you pre-ordered to claim your pre-sale downloads once they are made available. International download customers should receive an email today with their claim code.
The easiest way to find your code is to search your email inbox or junk folder for "digital download coupon code" which will be in your original email from shop.cathe.com when you purchased your DVDs. If you can't find your code contact our customer service team at [email protected] ASAP so they can send it again to you.
Streaming Customers: A few days after the downloads are released we plan on releasing the new DVDs on Cathe OnDemand assuming there are no technical issues. This is also when we’ll release the User's Guide for the new workouts which will include three rotations.
