Kickbox Bootcamp!

A recent question on the forums prompted this idea. I think it would be great to have another Bootcamp workout, featuring Kickbox as the cardio component, standing core, maybe barre/chair for the lower body as in the bonus of KickMax, and upper body with a balance challenge using the balance mat, foam roller or a stability ball to create the imbalance.
