Dear Cathe,

I am loving the new Low Impact series. How you manage to keep putting new twists on old exercises and keeping the fun and fresh is amazing. You are truly an innovator!

I did Turbo Barre upper body muscle endurance yesterday. I never thought I'd see the day when you would have us hold 5lb dumbbells for 10 minutes doing so many repetitions! LOL! But I trust you, so will continue to do it!
