core core core

Sorry. I posted this on your other message too but wanted to make sure I put it in the right place. Since you have been focusing so much on your core lately and have found some great new core exercises I would love love love to see a core workout. Say maybe a 30-45 minute complete core only workout with intermediate and advanced moves that can be modified while we work our way up. Good luck with the new videos. I know they'll be fantastic!!!
