I think this should be subtitled "the never-ending workout"! I thought this was hard hard hard, but I enjoyed it too. I don't normally have to pause Cathe's cardio sections, and even if I do, it's only for about 15 seconds or so. But this one I paused twice and took about a full minute to recover before moving on. So get plenty of rest before starting this one and have fun!!

I really enjoyed this workout! The step portion is for leg exhaustion before doing the lower body work. My HR stays up during lower body work, which is about 30 mins. Upper body work was good!
