Hello Forgive me if this has already been asked but is the overseas shipping to the UK really $96.00 for me to preorder strong and sweaty?? I remember the last preorder pack from last year had two international shipping options, the second option being a lot cheaper than $96.00. Thanks Anna

I was thinking that there is a real niche in Cathe's workout library, and that would be a series, kind of like CTX, but at an Intermediate level. The series could consist of 5 cardio workouts, 45 minutes long, one leg workout, incorporating bands as well as light weights, and a 30 minute stretch...

I own the cathe volume 1 CD and find it excellent to help me with power walking. Would you ever consider bringing out a CD with each series for power walkers, runners, treadmill walkers, and dog walkers, please ?

Hi Cathe, I know you are really busy at the moment, but I just have to let you know ! I am on a CTX rotation at the moment and this series is so fabulous, I am having a blast ! I do the CTX Upper Body regularly anyway, but the workouts themselves are just amazing ! And I am seeing results ...

Or could I still get a decent workout using the club step at 8 inches doing a Cathe workout that requires the high step ? Bearing in mind that, I only do step workouts at 4 inches due to knee trouble. TIA !
