    Yes I had the full panel Free T3 and Free T4. My TSH was super low supposedly indicating that I was hyper but the free t3 and t4 were not even in normal range. Was having night sweats and heart palpations. Have been on thyroid meds for 2 years now and still pounding on the weight.

    I eat coconut flour, zuchinni, lots of romaine lettuce, flaxseed meal, I just recently cut out all wheat again, I was eating up too 2 servings of homemade sourdough (1/4 cup wheat, water and yeast = 110 calories) . calorie intake is never over 1800 calories.
