    Daily Check In - Weekend of 6/2/18

    Hi all, I did BodyMax 2 today. I did the first portion on a 6 inch step and lowered it to 4 for the blast portion. That's a tough one! Hope you are all having a good weekend. It was very muggy earlier, but we got a good rain, so it might have cooled off.

    Need checkin

    I'm a Cathe fan. Right now I do a lot of step, a little running and a lot of cycling. I try to do 2 upper body weights a week. Occasionally I do lowerbody weights, but I feel I work my legs a lot, and they tend to get bulky, so I don't do them. I'm not working right now, so I have lots of time...

    Step Moves.....I have a sickness

    Lately I can't stop doing Step Moves. I'm addicted to it. I do it every day. I don't even think it's the best idea to do it because it's not that tough of a workout. But I love it. I love every move. I do other workouts as well.....but step is my favorite. I like Party Rockin' Step 1 and 2...

    Looking for this step workout

    There is a step workout where Cathe does an outer thigh on the step, then she does an outer thigh on the floor to one side and an outer thigh on the floor to the other side. I can't remember which workout this is, and it's driving me a little crazy trying to find it. Anybody?

    abdominals

    I just had abdominal surgery, and can't do abs for 3 more weeks. I've been walking but I'd like to do some upper body work.....just a little. So.....are there any good workouts that don't require core so much? I think I know the answer, but I was hoping to find something.

    Hi all...I'm in the market for a yoga mat. Or exercise mat....so would a yoga mat do, or is one with padding better? Is there a good brand? Good place to purchase it from? I just want to get a nice useful one. I will not need a carrying bag or anything.
