    Ok, it all depends on your income if it over 250K, then you can not do it. It will be passive loss. Also think about your other expenses, like for example depreciation on the house. It usually a huge chunk of expense. My parents have rental property and they do deduct a loss every year...

    One legged sit n stands

    I have a question on one legged sit n stands. I can't do them at all. Not because of knee issues but because of the strength in my legs. When I try to get up from chair I just get stock. How can you built strength to perform them. Thank you very much. Lenka
