How do I search the forums? Every time I do a search I get "no results". So I put in words I know would be found like "weights" and "cardio" and still no results. What am I doing wrong?

Which is more difficult Intensity or Imax 3. Imax 3 kills me and I am an advanced exerciser. I don't have Intensity yet, but if it's on the same lines as IMax I can't take it.

OMG, I would love a high intensity cardio, low impact workout without all that jumping. My knees can't live up to the Shock Cardio.
