I have been into fitness for a long long time. Use to teach in a gym setting but now only train myself in my dining room converted into a gym. I started out doing the FIRM and still think it was ahead of it's time but love Cathe's routines because she is such a inspiration for me. I am older than her by a few years and whenever I start to feel like I am getting past the point I plug in Cathe and get renewed. I like kettle bells, step, and other kinds of workouts but love weights and I hate yoga.
