Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Cathe is one of my favourite instructors because she is fun/motivating without being annoying. When I do a dvd workout again and again I don't want to hear the same annoying squeaky giggles, or repeated phrases such as, 'step and step, and up and up' etc.
I love the music, the variety of work-outs. Hiit, Step, Step weights interval, High/low impact, kickboxing/aerobic/weights,,,You name it and Cathe has any combo of it!
I love how these work outs kick my butt!
