    Today I just did my morning walk for 90 min as it was my day off on the xtrain programme. Back to the grind tomorrow.

    Hi ladies I did a walk at lunch time and now am going out for a really long walk with my neighbour. Won't be able to fit in a work out as well. I wish I could do it in the morning but I'm up at 5.30 as it is to leave at 6.30. Anyway have a fabulous Friday and I'll speak to you on the weekend.

    Day 11 was hard strikes which I enjoyed. A shorter workout today but I was grateful for that after a long day at work. My legs are feeling a bit better today but that could be because I used a knee support this week when I was training. Looking forward to the weekend, have a lovely day tomorrow...

    Thanks all for your replies...it's good to know I'm not alone. Aqua girl I too suffer from lots of different aches and pains and was told by my doctor that it could be a symptom of the vote d deficiency which is exacerbated by excess weight so I'm trying to lose weight but it's a catch 22...

    Today was day 10 of xtrain so an hour long workout of legs! Intense or what! Ladies does any body suffer from shin splints? My left shin has been painful since I started this programme and I'm just pushing through it at the moment but wondered if the pain will get better soon? Please help
