Does anyone know if there is a User's Guide/rotation for the 4Day split program? I looked under the User's Guide link and don't see one for that series. Perhaps since it's a 4Day split, you just do one DVD in it's entirety for four straight days?
Seems HiiT is all the trend I just don't enjoy them like I do choreographed step workouts. Please include one in the next series, preferably two separate workouts like Party Rockin!
