I go to my grown children's homes quite a bit. I alway pack my tubes, bands, and boxing gloves and do Cathe workouts that use this equipment. I would love another band workout. How about an all band resistance workout? I can usually get the cardio in but the resistance work is limited.
I've noticed the recent series comes with manuals, either hard copies or download versions except for the Low Impact series. Is there a manual for that series? They are great references. The new ICE manual is very helpful.
I have the same problem. In fact I'm having wrist surgery in January. I find doing wall push-ups or using a chair helps me. I have the same problem with burpees. They are doable using a chair. There's much less pressure on the wrist.
I agree!
I just posted a thread that offers this suggestion. I could do intense Cathe in the 90's & early 2000's, but I just can't do it any more. I'm not ready for "Sit & be Fit"!
I would really like to see a beginner/intermediate series. I would appreciate a program that incorporates Cathe's principles used in your more advanced workouts only geared down to a beginner/intermediate intensity. I have been doing Cathe workouts since the 90's and have everyone of your videos...
