How I found out about Cathe Workouts
I bought a step to be used as a weight bench but then wanted to try step aerobics (always steered clear given my two left feet). I searched collagevideo.com and found Basic Step. I fell in love with it even though I didn't get all the moves the first time through. Been breaking my budget ordering more Cathe videos ever since!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Cathe has a wonderful personality. She is upbeat, fun, admits when something is difficult for her, and encourages you to do your best. My favorite line of hers is "You're gonna make it." That really pushes me to go to the end. I also love that she explains proper form as well as where on my body I should be feeling the move and what the benefits of the move are. Plus you really get your money's worth with all the premixes and options on her DVDs.
