    I felt EXACTLY the same way in 2008 when most of my workouts shifted to home workouts. Cathe is like a "dirty little secret" to hundreds of us out there. Whenever someone asks me I tell them to try her...she NEVER disappoints. She seriously has saved my workout life!!!!:):):)

    Deadlifts! LIS series and Lower Body Blast... stay away from sugar and add in some fiber and flax seeds...that will help. Good luck:)

    Simple, I just mix it in a little water and drink it. It tastes good. :)

    Who's working out this weekend?

    Sat I'm doing treadmill run and heavy chest plus mobility work. Sun is DEADLIFTS!!! 135lbs/5 rep sets., front squats, one legged roumanian etc. Cathe....LOVE Turbo Barre! I would be lost in my workouts without you!!:p

    Unfortunately, the sad truth is that diet is so much of it. You don't have to "starve" but you crave things you just cannot have. Exercise intensity I find to be key. Twice a week commit to weights (and lower body). Simply fine tuning what you normally do should result in big changes. I...

    Happy Monday Everyone!

    ON Monday I trained 3 clients and then did 50 minute jog on the treadmill with abs from Cardio & Weights. Today is my birthday so I had sushi for dinner last night. Tonight I will celebrate my birthday with PUB. Lower Body is soooo sore from the weekend. Have a great day everyone!
