How I found out about Cathe Workouts
I started with VHS step tapes that I found on Collage video years ago, and noticed a difference in her routines and wanted more. It took me awhile to try the strength workouts and then realized how much they can help an overall program. Really became convinced with STS.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Cathe is a great motivating instructor! The workouts are intense, and for me have helped me make great changes in my fitness level. I have used the Cathe calendar to track my workouts for 7 or 8 years now.

My Fitness Goals
For the past few years, I have returned to distance running, 5k thru half marathon. I need supplementary strength work since I have gotten older especially to stay injury free. I have also decided to work past retirement as an PT in busy ortho and sports clinic. Definitely find Cathe's workouts keep me going at work!
My Success Story
Finished 2 half marathons since I turned 70, so I am able to place in my age group! I was getting frustrated with the number of beasts in 65-69 age group
