I just finished this one this morning and enjoyed it. I can only do low impact so I modified. Cathe does not show modifications but I easily did my own.

This was a great workout for my legs! They started feeling it after the warm up! LOL! I don't think I will be able to walk tomorrow! But that's a good thing!
