Your workouts do work!

Hi, Cathe.

I'm a big fan of your workouts :D. Even though I preordered the Intensity Series workouts back in October 2002 and received them in December, I only started doing them in the beginning of July. The benefits of your workouts (especially the Intensity Series) became very evident when we experienced the blackout here in NY on August 14th.

After sitting in a cab for 2 hours that evening and not getting anywhere, I decided to walk home. I ended up walking 170 street blocks in 3 hours - that's the equivalent of 9.3 miles. What's amazing was after that walk, I wasn't tired, sore, or in pain. I credit your workouts (and especially IMAX2) with increasing my stamina and cardiovascular fitness.

Keep up the great work, and keep them coming :D !
