I don't usually post here, but my four-year-old daughter has decided to "help" me workout the last two nights, and some of the things she's been saying are just too funny not to pass on.
We did Step & Intervals on Friday night. She tried to do the grapevine/step-turn part, but kept tripping over her feet. Just as I was explaining how to do a grapevine, Cathe said, "You got it!" and Lena said, "No, Mommy, that lady on TV says I'm got it."
Last night we did Cardio Kicks. She enjoyed the warm-up until we got to the kicks. Then she looked at me very solemnly and said, "Mommy, it's not nice to kick."
During the drills of Cardio Kicks, she pointed at Cathe (who did have quite a grimace on her face) and said, "Mommy, that lady needs to relax."
