I'm kinda sorry I posted. I didn' t realize people might be mad there were so many kettlebell threads. I was just soo excited with my results I wanted to share it with the cathe forum. Next time I decide to come out of lurkdome I'll research the forums and make sure I'm not being redundant.

Don't feel bad! It happens a lot of times. Kettlebells seem to be very popular so a lot of people have questions! I'm glad that they're working for you. :D

Hi! You weren't being redundant! We've had lots of kettlebell raves and questions, but the news about your amazing results was fantastic and completely new. No-one's actually mad- it just looks like "Kettlebell Day" at the forums! :p

I have asked that we all play nice today...K? K. Please stick around. PS Glad you like your new Kettlebells. :)

Not redundant at all!

Your post made me take the plunge and order kettlebells! Thanks for posting and letting me know that someone of my (our) age can still kick it up a notch with a new workout. I need to see results!

And others who wrote added useful information that helped me in my decision. Glad you wrote! Keep on posting! :D

Don't worry about it. We are all happy to hear about your great results, really!:D I don't think anyone was actually mad. Feel free to post anytime!:)

Don't give it a second thought! You were excited to share your results with kettlebells and you saw a lot of people on the forum used them or were thinking of getting into them. If anything, your impressive results have succeeded in persuading some of us who were valiently resisting the kettlebell tractor beam! :D

I'm 45 and always looking for ways to hike my butt upward (other than duct tape, of course--too hard to remove the adhesive residue...anyhoo...)

I'm glad you came out of lurkdom and posted. I'm sure no offense was intended!! :) Post away!

I think your post was great, and it added some good information to the forums! It's always nice and motivational to hear about the great results people are getting from their workouts!:)

Thank you

Thanks for the kind words. Feel much better now. I'm about to order Art Of Strength Newport. I will let you know how it is and I will keep posting. Now if only I can get my daughter to help me post a picture??! Thanks again.

Newport? Get ready to stare sweatily at the TV in disbelief. That one's a scorcher! But totally great, of course.

Don't feel bad about posting. Please keep posting. I enjoyed reading your post and you just might have sold me on kettlebells. ;)

Oh, AOS Newport is great!! It's hard -- but in a really good way!

Another favorite around here is Keith Weber's Extreme Cardio workout:

Has anyone else pre-ordered The KB Way Vol.2 or AOS Santa Monica? I pre-ordered both, but the release dates keep getting pushed back . . . . It looks like they'll be out in mid-November. Can't wait to get these ones! :)

Please don't feel bad. I appreciate you sharing your experiences with kettlebells. I have been doing them for a number of years and I love them. I'm so glad you're having success with them. :D

Keep up the good work!

I liked your post- it pushed me through the "should I or shouldn't I" buy a KB decision. I'm buying them (or er, asking for them for Christmas). :)

Please don't feel bad, I loved your post, and was so happy to hear someone is having such great results with kettlebells. I actually thought it was my post to share my weekend plans with a certified kettlebell trainer that prompted that post, and felt the same way you did after I read it.

I have never tired Kettlebells. I am glad you posted about your experience. I would really like to buy them but I hear they are expensive and am not able to right now. Maybe one day!!

Keep posting!!

Ok, I must have missed something. What on earth made you think that people werer mad you posted about KBs?

Oh don't be! I was just thinking about starting another Cardio Coach thread. I mean geez, there hasn't been one since the weekend -- LMAO!!
