My idea for a new total body series similar to CTX would be...
Volume 1 - Total Body Weights not including abs with floor legwork
Volume 2 - 30 - 45 minutes of Kickboxing (lots of drills, please
)followed by a killer core/abs routine with the stability ball
Volume 3 - Mini IMax with blasts and recovery only, then work chest and back
Volume 4 - 30 minutes of intense but lower impact (dancy) step followed by shoulders and abs
Volume 5 - 30 minutes of Hi/Lo, then work triceps and biceps (include some intervals in this one too, perhaps)
Volume 6 - work legs including pilates style floorwork and abs along with standing weighted legwork
Each body part would be worked 2 times per week, abs 3 times. The cardio would be varied as far as intensity and style to keep things interesting and shake up your routine.
