Well the best laid plans: not much energy this afternoon (and I do believe it has been my eating habits this weekend!) so only went through C&B once. Added a couple reps to a few exercises and matched the others. At least not much discomfort in the ab areas today - will get some good sleep tonight and head back for the AM workouts. Not sure about this program for me - will see at the end of the week if I am really making much progress. Next week will be "rest week" then I'll be going out of town a few times so may not get in AM workouts - or any depending on where I am heading. Could be some late nights too. I shall put it out of my mind for now so I don't jinx myself, but am honestly tiring of the back portions of the workouts.

Don't mind the rest of them.
To catch up with yesterday and today:
Dee Dee – haven’t made it to the website yet but sounds like the metabolic effect will be a good change, huh? I keep eyeing the track/stairs workout you are mentioning – I am such a homebody and don’t have any workout buddies (in the flesh that is! ) so may do it one day when I need to get outta the house ! LOL! Congrats on the RCR weight loss ! You musta upped the pink Barbie weights !
Shirl – so how was the movie? Do tell as I love animal movies ! And the standard Disney cartoons too: Ice Age, Ratatouille (sp.?), etc. Think a live doggie flick would work for me !
Wendy – Doggone knee, someone needs to “knock some sense” into it, huh? Good to hear the knee cooperated to an extent - DON'T FORGET TO ICE TONIGHT !

I did use the bands for the second back workout the 1st week - have a hard time getting a good burn in my workout room as I don't have enough room to really get far enough from the doorway. May just work my way into the room across the hallway on Fri for my 2nd back workout this week.

Thanks for the well wishes on the hammy - I can feel it if it gets stretched a bit but not really pain. Glad I stopped right away and didn't push it.
Jen - How absolutely cool for you this past weekend. Lovin' it that we all had some grandiose times ! LOL at taking your YogaX - I do the same but very rarely ever get around to it !
Laura - sounds like such a cool wedding you went to. The one I went to was at one of the California missions (all CA kids study the missions in the 4th grade and have to make a model of one of them.) They are older than the state and quite neat - Spanish style but the properties are very desert like since that is what our state was before it was inhabited. (OK - done with the history of CA lesson for today!

). Then the reception was across the street from the beach - at an Embassy suite hotel - posh, but nothing like what you described !

I danced with my DS's for over an hour and was a sweaty mess too ! I actually felt my Legs & Back DOMS while "going low" to keep up with the song (I'm too old to know it but the boys were gettin' down too!). I wore some spongy sandals so didn't feel too bad the next AM. Sorry to hear your knees took a toll from all the fun ! I'm the same way when I think of how old the bride was and that I have known her since before she was born ! Oh well, think of how much wiser we are now ! And still in great shape !

LOL about DH cutting it up on the dance floor. I myself was amazed at one of my boys - couldn't believe what he was doing since he used to be quite uncoordinated at dancing.
Angie - Squeeze, huh? Don't have any Tracy workouts - does she require you to "squeeze" your muscles thus the soreness without burning cals? Thanks for the hammy wishes too ! Don't have a foam roller but you made me think I may go get a tennis ball and roll around on that before icing.

Dogs and frogs, huh? Guess it isn't a very happy combination from the discussions lately. Glad Mags is back to normal today. Just hate it when you don't know what the problem is. . .
Think I am caught up - sorry it took so long.
Sure hope to hear from Diane soon ! We miss you but are glad you are OK and sounds like you are enjoying yourself with your family.
Until tomorrow !
