I selected MuscleMax as my workout for today and it displays correctly in the Workout Manager but on the Cathe Nation homepage it shows as DrillMax.
I have a similar problem with the state I live in. I choose Wisconsin but it displays sometimes as Alabama and I've also had to go back in and choose Wisconsin again.
In both cases I went back in and double-checked that I was selecting the correct option and didn't have my cursor still in the field so something else could be selected inadvertently.
