Hello! I'm a long time Cathelete who stopped working out, and now I'm back.
I'm obese. I gained a lot of weight in a short period of time...I'm going through a divorce....it's almost final now, and I'm reevaluating how I want to live, and losing weight in 2015 will be at the top of my list.
Since I am overweight, and have been sedentary, I am starting back to working out slowly. I'm pleased with what I can do at this point, but I have only been working out at a fixed amount of time, increasing each week.
I don't know what rotations I want to do. I've joined the Cathe On Demand, so I'm thrilled to have access to everything!
So....anybody out there to form a checkin group?
