I want to know if my workout routine is okay and won't encourage hitting a plateau. M,W,F, and Sat. is dedicated to some form of Cardio routines, it may be kickbox, step aerobics, or just high impact aerobics for 45mins. on Tues, Thursday it's 45 mins of strength training and 20 mins of cardio. The question isn't about the schedule but more so about me just picking which cardio typed w/o I want to do in a day. I do it to keep from being bored is this okay?
