Workout routine...

I want to know if my workout routine is okay and won't encourage hitting a plateau. M,W,F, and Sat. is dedicated to some form of Cardio routines, it may be kickbox, step aerobics, or just high impact aerobics for 45mins. on Tues, Thursday it's 45 mins of strength training and 20 mins of cardio. The question isn't about the schedule but more so about me just picking which cardio typed w/o I want to do in a day. I do it to keep from being bored is this okay?

With cardio its really best to keep it mixed up so your plan is great (imo).... With the strength workouts alot of us choose to do set weight rountines for 4-6 weeks just to get the most benefit - you also get to learn how your body responds to various forms of lifting... Some bodies do well with Slow & heavy lifting, some with endurance work etc.... It really becomes about what you want to achieve- (long lean vs big guns!) plus how your body reacts to various types of training.
