Hi everyone!
My husband has put on a few kilos (mostly in the tummy area) and I'm trying to help him burn them off. He is open to doing Cathe videos with me and we completed a round of STS together at our gym which was great.
Unfortunately he has some trouble pushing himself hard; I will try to get him to do HIIT and he gives up pretty early, plus he's a tall, big guy and finds plyometrics difficult. I think getting his bum kicked by a 40+ year old woman (Cathe) is also a little tough on his ego.
Has anything, Cathe videos or other types of workouts, done wonders for the men in your lives? He's a former kickboxer and is probably at a high intermediate level fitness wise. Any advice would be very much appreciated!
