WM Suggestion**SNM The DVDs Premixes list are ready**

I would like to be able to choose premixes on the DVD section when loggin my workout in. Because it only has the option for the whole DVD, but no premixes. Maybe when we choose for example L&G, then another drop menu (optinal feature) opens up on the side to choose a premix "if we did a premix."

Thank you! :)

I Second That!

Yesterday I did the "Cardio Blast" premix on Drill Max. Would love to know how many calories I burned :)

I have to agree...I found the WM fairly useless as it is currently and I don't even bother to use it - hope that doesn't sound too harsh. In addition, I'd like to be able to record weights I used for each exercise of the premix or dvd routine. I may be asking for the moon AND stars, but wouldn't it be great to see how your workouts have improved over time?? I could also ditch my workout journal (which is generated from spreadsheets contributed by others from this forum) if I could do this electronically and report on it.

Hope you will consider:confused:

Does anyone have a list of all our premixes for each DVD they could send us (.xls or .csv) ?

I was going to do it, but I don't know how to use Excel. Can anyone help? :) Or if anyone would like to tell me how to do it I can do it :)

I don't think I've ever seen them listed on the site before, but I would be willing to pitch in to get it compiled. Maybe a couple of us can take a couple of series and break them down??

That sounds like a great idea:D! I would like to help out, but don't know how to use Excel:eek:.

If you don't have access to Excel or don't know how to use it, you could always type it up in Notepad (or other word processor software) and it can be imported to Excel. We would just need to agree on the format (i.e. Series, Title, Premix Title). Let me know what you thnk and we can split up the series. I only have about 39 of her workouts. How many do you have? I think we will need input from some other members.

Ohh ok! I got Excel but don't know how to use it. I can type it in Word. Should I send the word document to you and you transfer it to Excel? I don't have 9 of her dvds. I also have her 2007 catalog and I can type in some of the premixes off of there. Would you like to do half and I do the other half? I know we might need to sit and write the premixes off of 4ds because it's not on the 07' catalog. Let me know what you think and I will work on it soon:)

I just looked on the cathe.com site at the workout dvds. The newer dvds list the premixes right on the site which is very convenient (can't believe I didn't notice that before!). I will use this as my guide for entering into Excel. The older dvd premixes are not listed and I'm not sure if it is because they don't exist or what. Maybe you can check that out in the catalog? If it's not there maybe someone can help us out on that???

As for the split, if you sort the list by title, why don't you start with 4 DS and work your way down through Drill Max? I will start with HardCore Series and work my way down to the end. What do you think?

Wow! I didn't notice they had the premixes listed on the site either! Great! I will start with 4ds and I'll also do DM, BM2, CF, LIC, BG, TBS, LIS +TBSculpting? Are you sure you wouldn't want me to help you with more? I see there is 18 series?

These are the DVDs that have no premixes:

1. Total Body Stretching
2. Hardcore Extreme
3. Stretch Max
4. Basic Step + BF
5. HSC (High Step Circuit)
6. Timesaver
7. Terminator
8. Ab Hits
9. CV1
10. PH+MIS+BM
11.RS+IM+MIC
12. S&H
13.PS
14.CTX
15. CK+CM
16.CH

Thanks Ivy!! I finished with my list already. I did alot of copy/paste;). I am attaching it so that you can see the format that I used and would be easiest for me to import. Also, the last item on my list was a little confusing...I couldn't tell which workout the premix was for since there were two on the DVD and it wasn't listed on the site. Can you look @ it? It is the Low Impact Step + Total Body Sculpting DVD .
