whoops...(Nov rotation)

Hey Cathe!

I just wanted to let you know that Friday is missing on week 4 of the 5 week plan for the Nov rotation. I was just adding it to my schedule when I noticed "there's no Friday workout!" But I'm sure you're not going to let us off the hook that easy with 2 days in a row break}( *insert your evil witch laugh here* (haha!);) Everyone on the thread will probably want to beat me over the head with their pumpkin now since I spilled the beans!:+ :eek: (esp since we'll all be burning by week four!) Sorry guys!:p Thanks for the rotation Cathe! It looks great and I can't wait for the DVDs to arrive here shortly!:7

Thanks Atgood! I agree, and I'm sure Cathe would like to know that her rotation is missing a day too;-) I'm scheduled to receive my DVDs tomorrow, so I'll begin the rotation on Monday!!!}( :7

Oops, sorry about that. I just fixed it. I actually had to alter Thursday and Friday to make it more physically sound :)

WEEK FOUR:

Mon: Imax 2

Tues: LIC (premix 1) /plus/ BM2 (premix 3)

Wed: B&G

Thurs: Pyramid Upper Body

Fri: Brisk 30 minute walk plus Total Body Stretching segment one

Sat: Drill Max

Sun: off
