Who is in for the challenge?????

Ok, I need to confess that I am tire of the bla, bla, bla, bla…..

I am going to do it this year for good. Starting today I am going to give 100% to my diet and exercise this year. I noticed that only 80% is not working for me.

I am one of those people who cannot have only one piece, because I want to have the whole thing. So I am committing to eat clean and exercise for this year to see big results.

I want to loose fat and see muscle definition.

Who is in for this challenge????? Come and lets do it together.

I am also in. I have gained and lost the same 6 lbs for 2 years.

2001 - 150
2002 - 147

I got down below 140 this summer. Each time I reached a milestone - like 150 - I thought "Well, I'll never see that number again on my scale". Now I want to do that with 140 and then 135.

I work out with Cathe a lot, but I do it because I like to hike and mountain climb and if I'm not in great shape it makes for a hellish and dangerous day in the mountains.

Why am I carrying 9 or 10 extra pounds on my butt when I wouldn't carry it in my backpack?????

I'm new to the Cathe Forum

I have been up and down with my weight.I was fat until my senior year in high school. Now I'm about 142. My smallest was 124 but I gained 80 pds with DD in 2003. I got back down to my goal weight of 135 now I'm up like 7 pd. I just order a lot of new Cathe tapes and I'm going to the gym after work. I just really need to get my eating under control. I'm 24
