What's Next?

I just love, love, love Body Max II. I've done the whole thing probably 6 times and I've done a couple of the mixes twice. This video comes the closest to making me feel like I just did my regular 2 hour Saturday classes at the gym. I love taking live step classes more than anything in the world and then I love following it up with a strength workout. Any suggestions on what DVD I should try next? Currently I have Low Max, Cardio & Weights, Rhythmic Step, Jump & Pump, and Cardio Classics. I don't want anything with hi/lo. For some reason I am incapable of doing hi/lo. The step is my placeholder and I need my step!! When I start doing hi/lo I totally lose it. I think it's kind of funny that I can take the most complicated step classes yet hi/lo stumps me.

On another note: Last night when I was in pigeon pose my left foot started cramping really badly. I was able to work it out. Then last night while I was sleeping my left calf was cramping so badly. I was finally able to stretch it out and get back to sleep. Today my calf feels so sore. This is only the second time I've ever had a cramp at night and the next day the muscle is so sore. Weird huh?

Thoughts?

Thanks,
Mary

Mary,

My first thought of course was the original Body Max. I love it even more than BM2. IMHO the step portion is more fun and the weight part is a bit harder. That would be the next one I would try if I were you anyway.
On the cramping, it sounds like you might've been low on potassium or sodium, that is a typical cause of cramping.

If you love step, you would probably love IMAX 2 or IMAX 3 and then maybe getting Muscle Max or High Reps, which are two of my personal fav total body weight workouts. Let us know what you decide ...just for the fun of it!:D
