I'll be running on the treadmill or doing YogaX, whichever mood strikes me.

I'm seriously impressed with anyone who can actually move on Thanksgiving night. Most of us just lay around cursing the bloat...

Wow, kudos to you who say you will workout Thanksgiving evening. I'll workout in the morning, cook, eat until I can't move, and then take a nice little siesta on the couch. Then eat some more. That turkey makes me sooo tired. Then I'll do a super workout on Friday. Ohh yeah, can't wait for the pies!!!
If I stay on my scheduled rotation I will be doing 30 min. of cardio and a SM segment, but I will probably end up doing longer cardio, but 30 minutes is on the agenda.

My traditional Thanksgiving Pre-Gorge workout has always been the 90 min PreMix from SB/SJP...I think it burns somewhere in the neighborhood of 800 calories!
I will probably do some time on my new recumbent bike (birthdays are spectacular!) and some upper body weights. This way I can have my favorite pumpkin pie!
Well I was planning on Cardio Fusion - but Tammy that SJP/SB premix sounds intriguing. I'm traditionally a purist and don't do much in the way of premixes, though these latest workouts have changed that. Is the SJP/SB fun (how could it NOT be - I love both of these workouts!) I may just have to try that instead.
