What new equipment is needed for STS?

I know there was mention of incline and decline exercises - so the slanted risers would make that easier and more sturdy.

That and a pull up bar and squat rack seems to be the only deviation from what she already uses...
 
Thanks for the info. Some how I musta bypassed that link. I am glad someone is thinkin' because my brain has turned to mush :D
