I did Power Max over the weekend and just loved the little "break" I got to do a heart rate/perceived exertion check. Why don't your workouts have those any more? I was mainly just curious (and hoping you might throw them back in on future workouts). There is just something comforting about knowing I will get a "march-in-place-towel-off break" after each combo.
