Welcome New Lurkers from FOX

As I was typing a message to Cathe congratulating her on her recent TV appearance, I thought about the possibility of brand new lurkers coming to visit the site after seeing her on FOX.

Those of you who are brand new to Cathe and wondering:

1. Will this work for me?

2. Should I bother registering for the forum?

My answer for both is an emphatic "Yes!"

Cathe is a fantastic instructor, and her products are top notch. You won't be sorry, as money spent on Cathe.com is money very well spent. Remember...you're investing in your health and yourself. You won't find a more educated, inspirational, authentic teacher than Cathe.

We do have a mix of political preferences on this forum, but don't let that scare you away. All the women here are sweethearts who will cheer you on every step of the way.

Lori you are so sweet! What a great idea. Oh and I second the welcome and vouch for the fact that Cathe rocks, . . .and works. I am stronger now than I was in high school and can out push up my husband!

Lori, that was a sweet idea. And yes another Welcome shout out to anyone new. Cathe's videos are the best I have found. And these forums are a wonderful place to share and learn about fitness and non fitness items. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

Ha. I just realized that I wrote "empathic" instead of "emphatic." While we are empathic, and perhaps enthusiastically empathic, I meant emphatic.
